It was a pleasure serving as a judge for Sovereign Minds Week 7. The session showcased an impressive level of emerging talent, with participants demonstrating innovative thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective teamwork. What stood out most was their ability to think across all aspects of business - strategy, operations, marketing, and execution - while thoughtfully incorporating key learnings from Weeks 1 through 6 into their solutions.

Each presentation reflected not only creativity, but also a clear understanding of how ideas translate into real-world impact. The teams worked cohesively, communicated their ideas with confidence, and leveraged diverse perspectives to deliver well-rounded, practical outcomes. The session was well-organised and truly reflective of the high standard of growth and leadership Sovereign Minds cultivates. I’m honoured to have contributed as a judge and look forward not only seeing the success of this program but where and what these great future leaders continue to succeed.

I had the privilege today to present at a Sovereign Minds sales seminar and share some of my experiences on my 40 year sales journey. This is a fantastic organisation providing people with guidance and advice on tackling today’s commercial marketplace. A real opportunity to guide people with a helping hand providing some key values and skills.

I had the honour of speaking at a Sovereign Minds sales seminar, sharing insights from my five-year sales journey with a driven, engaged group. I travelled from Dublin the night before and it was absolutely worth it.

The group brought great energy throughout the session, and the volunteers were incredibly welcoming. Sovereign Minds is a brilliant organisation supporting young people who are under pressure to decide what their next step is, and I’m confident they’ll do a great job delivering on their mission by equipping people with the right values and skills.

Sovereign minds has been nothing short of transformative. As an individual early on her career, it’s difficult to find time to really introspect, to assess myself, and grow more of the soft skills that I wouldn’t normally have time to develop. All of the sessions allowed me to digest content at a steady rate and meant I actually had time to think about the knowledge I was consuming each week.

Over these last 7 weeks, I have learnt to assess myself through every lens possible.

The Sovereign Minds programme gave me the confidence to step outside my comfort zone and network with professionals. Through the mentors and guidance during the programme, I was able to connect with people in industry, which directly led to a finance internship at Taiko Foods aligned with my goal of becoming a chartered accountant. It was a genuinely valuable experience that helped me grow both personally and professionally.

When I joined the programme, I was a very shy individual and was still figuring out how to use my interpersonal skills. But these masterclasses helped me grow personally and professionally, through this I have gained confidence, teamwork skills and problem solving.
